Henan University is one of the earliest comprehensive universities in China to offer broadcasting and hosting arts majors. The School of Journalism and Communication, to which the major belongs, is a college jointly established by the Propaganda Department of the Henan Provincial Party Committee and Henan University. I am Lin Quan, a student majoring in Broadcasting at the School of Journalism and Communication of Henan University in 2006. Currently, I am a military program host for CCTV. Looking back on my academic journey, countless words cannot be fully explained. Let's take a side view. My favorite stage has always been the century old auditorium of my alma mater, which is truly a YYDS.

I really want to encourage those junior brothers and sisters who love their profession but are not outstanding at the moment. It's hard to imagine how nervous I was when I first stood on the stage in the auditorium. It's been over a decade now, and I still remember the first time the lights lit up, as if I was gazing directly at the sun at noon in summer. There were one or two thousand spectators sitting in the audience, and I instantly forgot most of the host's words that I had memorized in advance. Time flies so fast, and in the blink of an eye, it's already my fourth year at Heda. Four years ago, I entered university with a longing for a new life, where I met many admirable teachers and united and friendly classmates. I still remember the first class at the beginning of the school year was "Recitation of Poetry".
