Spring comes when reading, and the fragrance of books can bring us far. To further promote the work of reading for all, on March 29th, Xinhua Bookstore in Kaifeng City launched a book sales activity with the theme of "Book Fragrance Kaifeng Huimin Book Exhibition" in Bianjing Park. Our volunteers actively participated and assisted relevant staff in completing multiple tasks.

Our volunteers played an important role in this event. They arrived at the site early to assist the staff in preparing for site layout, cleaning up garbage, and shelving books. After the event begins, volunteers are responsible for guiding citizens to visit and purchase books, maintaining order on site, and ensuring the smooth progress of the event.

During the event, volunteers also promoted green environmental protection knowledge such as water conservation and waste sorting to pedestrians, urging them to protect water sources and create a clean living environment; Call on everyone to actively promote green concepts and strive to become practitioners of environmental protection.

In addition, volunteers also utilize their professional knowledge and enthusiastic service to provide citizens with rich reading advice and cultural consultation. They patiently answer questions about book content, author background, and other aspects for citizens, allowing them to enjoy professional cultural services while purchasing books.

This activity is one of the series of activities of the College Student Community Practice Program, aimed at making more people feel the charm of reading and nourishing their souls with the fragrance of books.
