The School of Journalism and Communication of Henan University is the first college in Henan Province to train talents in journalism and communication. It now has six majors, namely Journalism, Editing and publishing, Network and new media, advertising, broadcasting and hosting Arts, and radio and television editing and directing. Among them, editing and publishing and advertising were selected as national first-class professional construction points, and journalism was selected as the first batch of first-class professional construction points in Henan Province; Journalism and communication is a key discipline in Henan Province, and editing and publishing is a special specialty in Henan Province.
