On the afternoon of April 27, our Institute held an expert demonstration meeting on 2023 National Social Science Fund project application in the conference room on the second floor. President of the Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences Huan Zhanwei, Vice President Ding Yihu, head of the Project Management Department Cao Haitao came to the school to guide, Professor Liu Tao of the School of Arts and Professor Ji Jianmin of the Institute were invited to attend, President Wang Pengfei, vice President Yu Chunsheng, Yang Bo, Assistant President Gao Hongbo, and some project applicants attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Wang Pengfei.

Wang Pengfei first welcomed Huan Zhanwei and his delegation to the hospital, and thanked Liu Tao and Ji Jianmin for their attendance. Subsequently, the experts at the meeting commented on the projects to be declared by the National Social Science Fund of our Institute one by one from the aspects of the direction of topic selection, theoretical logic and discussion details, etc., provided revision suggestions, expanded discussion ideas, and had in-depth exchanges with the teachers on specific topics to help the revision and improvement of the declaration. Finally, Huan Zhanwei stressed the importance of the national social science fund application work, and encouraged everyone to continue to work hard and carefully polish.

Our college has always attached great importance to the application of National Social Science fund projects, and the convening of this meeting has consolidated the heart and strength of the 2023 National Social Science Fund project application of our college, which helps our teachers continue to improve the quality of the application and promote the smooth and successful implementation of the application work.
