On August 22, the final of the third National College Teachers' Teaching Innovation Competition came to an end at Zhejiang University. Associate Professor Feng Yuanyuan's teaching team of "Broadcasting and Hosting Voice and Voice Application" won the second prize in the Curriculum Ideological and Political Deputy Senior Group of the Third National College Teachers' Teaching Innovation Competition, achieving a new breakthrough in this competition for our college and even our school.

The third National College Teachers Teaching Innovation Competition has 32 competition areas in the country, a total of 1,194 colleges and universities 83,224 teachers participated in the school competition, 23088 teachers participated in the provincial competition, 1701 teachers (including team members) participated in the national competition, of which 898 teachers of 239 courses were shortlisted for the national competition on-site evaluation. The course ideological and political group is a new track in this competition, and the competition is extremely fierce.

When the dust settled, the team returned home with honor. Since May 2022, Feng Yuanyuan has gone through three stages of school competition, provincial competition and national competition. For the difficulties of each stage, she has tried to break through the shackles, and finally broke through the heavy circle and walked to the national competition. Whether preparing for the competition or communicating with the teachers of major universities during the competition, Feng Yuanyuan has a lot of insights. On behalf of the school to display innovative achievements and integrate innovative achievements into normal teaching, there are many problems to be overcome, but Feng Yuanyuan is never tired of this. She has always maintained a serious attitude towards her profession, her love for teaching and her attitude towards people.

Feng Yuanyuan's success is not achieved overnight, the so-called natural flow is only the result of constantly seeking, pursuing, worrying and suddenly enlightened in the drop. She has been engaged in the teaching and research of broadcasting and hosting, language expression and communication art for a long time, hosted the first batch of national first-class courses (broadcasting and hosting speech and voice application), hosted and participated in 5 provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, 1 Henan Province Education Science planning project, 4 Henan University education reform projects, and won 1 Henan University teaching Achievement Award. In the 15-month competition process, Feng Yuanyuan poured her energy and time into the paper, and put the experience of 22 years of teaching on the paper. The initial intention of education in that year collided with the inner thinking at this moment, and broke out the spark of inspiration and the motivation of perseverance.

In fact, the search for pain points is Feng Yuanyuan's understanding, exploration and thinking in the perennial teaching. The bloom of inspiration is nurtured in the experience taught in every class, every conversation with students, and every moment of teaching pursuit. There are difficulties and setbacks in the process, but Feng Yuanyuan tries to fight against them in the constant adaptation and thinking, and she steps out of a brand-new and her own education road in the thorny field.

Feng Yuanyuan adheres to the teaching concept of value shaping, ability training and knowledge imparting. She teaches with words and examples and guides students to "hear, understand and understand", tell Chinese stories well and spread Chinese voices well. Her wechat teaching public account "Yuan is the Voice" extends ideological and political classes, guides students to integrate the ego into the ego, pays attention to the national conditions and people's livelihood, inherits the excellent Chinese culture, and demonstrates the feelings of the family and the country. After more than three years of construction, the wechat teaching public account has launched nearly thousands of teachers and students' broadcasting works, and many works are reproduced in Henan network letter, Kaifeng network letter and other official platforms. In her view, students majoring in broadcasting and hosting need to continuously improve their practical ability and need a platform to show themselves, to voice, to express, and to communicate.

Feng Yuanyuan especially pointed out that under the all-media communication pattern, announcers and hosts are no longer just communicators, but also leaders of the all-media public opinion field. The National College Teachers' Teaching Innovation Competition is a national teaching competition guided by the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and sponsored by the Chinese Association of Higher Education.
